Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed for

Duplicate charges, payment errors, failure to deliver within the stated delivery timeline, inability to provide a substantive paid checklist due to service failure, or cancellation before review work begins.

Refunds are generally not allowed after delivery for

Agency denial, revision requests, rebate amount reduction, funding changes, rule changes after delivery, inaccurate customer information, already-started projects, dead or bare turf, provider mismatch, final measurement differences, or contractor performance issues.

Included revision pass

Each reviewed checklist includes one revision/support pass within 30 days of delivery for agency revision requests, better photos or measurements, provider updates, or project-data corrections. Instant checklists do not include manual revision support.
